A Straight Lines The Design Firm is a design and architectural solutions firm that was established in 2012 by founders Mr. Sunil Madaan and Mrs. Ruchi Karn. The principal behind the design firm which prides its portfolio in Commercial, Corporate, Hospitality, Recreational (clubs), Restaurants, Industrial, Retail and Residential.
Our Mission is to offer client a highly customized and details driven design solutions. We cater to services intensive industries and focused at meticulously solving their complex requirements aesthetically and in a timely manner. Our Design Approach for successful project is to focus on analytical process, taking into consideration the human environment, the contextual setting and Owner specific requirements are all balanced within the cost parameters and time constraints.
As Resources, we have the tools and Techniques needed to properly design and documents a project to clearly illustrate and communicate the proposed building to the client and contractors. Our past experience provides a vast database for design and construction alternatives. This Information is shared with client in assessing and developing appropriate solutions.
Schematic, Presentation and construction drawing are produced throughout the progresses of the project, to graphically convey the design and construction. In- house 3D- Rendering and Design are used extensively for client’s better understanding, efficient services and proper co-ordination.
